Terms of Use

1. Description of Service

UPredict Sports is a free sports prediction app that allows users to build tournament brackets, select predicted winners, compare anonymous community prediction totals, personalize a profile, and share prediction cards with friends.

The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.

2. Free App

UPredict Sports is currently provided free of charge. The App does not include subscriptions, in-app purchases, betting, gambling, fantasy sports contests, cash prizes, or real-money gameplay.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features in the future.

3. No Gambling, Betting, or Fantasy Sports

UPredict Sports is not a gambling app, betting app, sportsbook, fantasy sports platform, lottery, sweepstakes, or contest with prizes.

Predictions made in the App have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, rewards, or other benefits.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Predictions and Fan Pulse

The App allows users to make sports predictions and view anonymous community prediction totals. Fan Pulse percentages are based on aggregate user selections and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that predictions, vote counts, percentages, tournament information, team information, or other content will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

6. Sharing Content

The App may allow you to create and share prediction cards. You are responsible for the content you choose to share, including any nickname, avatar, bracket, winner, or prediction information included in the shared card.

You agree not to use the sharing feature to create, post, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or inappropriate content.

7. FIFA, World Cup, Teams, and Third-Party Rights

UPredict Sports is an independent fan prediction app.

UPredict Sports is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any soccer federation, tournament organizer, team, league, player, sponsor, broadcaster, or rights holder.

All team names, tournament names, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, and other intellectual property are the property of their respective owners. Any references to teams, tournaments, or sporting events are used for identification, informational, and fan engagement purposes only.

Nothing in the App should be interpreted as suggesting an official relationship, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization by FIFA or any other rights holder.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Use the App for gambling, betting, wagering, or real-money gameplay
• Misrepresent the App as official or affiliated with FIFA or any third party
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, interfere with, or disrupt the App
• Abuse, manipulate, or attempt to unfairly affect prediction totals
• Use the App in a way that could harm others or violate third-party rights

We reserve the right to restrict, modify, or discontinue access to the App or its features if misuse is suspected.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, interface, branding, layout, and original content, is owned by Sunrise Inventions, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple, Firebase, Google Cloud, hosting providers, or other infrastructure services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, data loss, or actions caused by third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Prediction totals will always be accurate or available
• Tournament information will always be complete or current
• The App will meet your expectations

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunrise Inventions, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Reliance on predictions, vote counts, or Fan Pulse results
• Shared prediction cards or user-shared content
• Tournament schedule changes, results, or data errors
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Third-party services or platforms

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunrise Inventions, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your shared content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
